Effective date: August 12, 2026
Leviathan Core, LLC (“Leviathan Core,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a gaming-industry influencer marketing agency. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. It applies to information we collect through our website at leviacore.com and through our agency operations — including when we contract with and pay creators and influencers.
If you have any questions, contact us at development@leviacore.com.
Who this policy covers
This policy describes our practices for:
- Website visitors — people who browse leviacore.com or contact us through it.
- Brand and publisher contacts — representatives of the clients we provide agency services to.
- Creators and influencers — the talent we engage to perform campaign work, and their managers or agents.
It does not cover our clients’ own privacy practices, or the privacy practices of third-party websites or platforms we link to.
Personal information we collect
From website visitors. When you visit leviacore.com or reach out to us, we may collect:
- Identifiers and contact details you provide — such as your name, email address, company, and anything you type into a contact or request form.
- Internet and device activity collected automatically — such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and similar analytics data collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and analytics below).
From creators and influencers we contract with. To enter into and perform influencer marketing agreements and to pay for completed work, we collect:
- Social media handles and channel information;
- Legal name or business entity name;
- Mailing address and email address;
- Tax identification information (such as an SSN, ITIN, or EIN) collected and processed through our payment provider, Tipalti — see How we share information below.
We collect this information for the limited purpose of contracting with creators and paying them for influencer marketing work. We do not use it for advertising or sell it.
From brand and publisher clients. We collect business contact information for the people we work with on campaigns, provided to us by our clients or by the contacts themselves.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not collect personal information in order to disclose it to third parties for their own direct marketing.
How we use personal information
We use personal information to:
- operate, maintain, and improve our website;
- respond to inquiries and provide our agency services;
- enter into, manage, and perform contracts with creators, influencers, and clients;
- pay creators and influencers for completed work;
- understand how our website is used, through analytics;
- comply with legal, tax, and contractual obligations; and
- protect our rights and the security of our systems.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate our website and understand how visitors use it. We use Google Analytics only, to measure website traffic and usage; Google processes website-usage data on our behalf as described in Google’s own policies. We do not use advertising, social media, remarketing, or session-replay trackers, and we do not use cookies to sell or share your personal information or for cross-context behavioral advertising.
You can set your browser to refuse cookies or to alert you when cookies are being sent; some parts of the site may not function properly if you do. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on.
How we share information
We share personal information only as described here:
- Service providers. We share information with vendors who perform services for us under contract — for example, Tipalti, which collects tax information and processes payments to creators and influencers; our website host; and our analytics provider. They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Clients and campaign partners. When we run a campaign, we may share a creator’s relevant contact and engagement information with the brand or publisher client as needed to perform the campaign.
- Affiliates. We may share information with companies under common ownership with Leviathan Core, for the purposes described in this policy.
- Legal and corporate reasons. We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process, to enforce our agreements, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy — for example, for the length of a campaign or client relationship, and afterward as required to meet tax, accounting, contractual, and legal obligations. When we no longer need it, we delete or de-identify it.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us at development@leviacore.com at any time to ask about the personal information we hold about you, to request a correction, or to ask us to delete it. You can also submit a request through the form on our website. We will respond consistent with applicable law.
California residents. As a courtesy, Leviathan Core will honor requests from California residents to know what personal information we have collected about them, to correct it, or to delete it, subject to verifying your identity and to legal exceptions (for example, information we must keep for tax or recordkeeping reasons). To make a request, use the website form or email us at the address above. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these choices.
Nevada residents. Nevada law lets residents tell certain online businesses not to sell their covered personal information. Leviathan Core does not sell personal information. If you would like to submit a request, email us at development@leviacore.com.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child under 16 has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
Third-party links
Our website and campaigns may link to third-party sites and platforms. We are not responsible for their privacy practices; review their policies directly.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
